ANNUAL PROJECTS

SOUL-2-SOLE PROJECT

This project involves the collection of new tennis shoes and or gently used tennis shoes that are taken to the Beacon Center in downtown Houston along with socks donated to us by Bombas and personal hygiene items to be distributed to homeless population living on the streets or shelters.

UPWARD BOUND SCHOLARSHIP

The scholarship exists to provide selected college/trade school bound high students with a monetary award to assist in ancillary college needs. The scholarship is awarded to students who complete application requirements and who have shown extraordinary perseverance during their high school years. The Upward Bound Scholarship is intended to be awarded to a student in the amount of up to $1,000.00.
